By completing the Wheel of life exercise you will gain a clearer vision about what’s going on in your life and how to prioritise change inching you closer to what you need to focus on to get your dream job.

2 –Job searches, application & transferrable skills
This session will help you to unlock your hidden skills and talents, understand, key areas of focus for Job applications, such as the person specification, job description and personal statements, where and how to carry out job searchs.
The volunteering process- understand how it works, pros and cons.

3 – Communicating with confidence
You will learn:

• How to improve confidence, self esteem and motivation, communicate your transferrable skills from home or volunteering into the work place
• How to improve communication skills with more confidence, the importance of using verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Tools and techniques to tackle limiting beliefs will be explored.

4 – Goal setting for success – downloadable sheet
This session will help you to:

• Set powerful medium and long term goals that actually lead to career success
• Understand how to turn goals into action, whilst keeping motivated

5 – Wining CV’s/resumes – with downloadable sheet CV example
You will learn how to create a winning CV that will make you stand out from the crowd, increasing your chances of getting an interview

6 – Interview techniques that work
You will learn how to prepare for Interviews, control nervous energy, interview techniques, typical interview questions and how to answer them. Using this STAR method many students have nailed that interview, bringing them their dream job.

7 – Summary – Plan of Action
This video summarises everything you have learned and helps you develop your plan of action so you can get the job you have always dreamed of.
